Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Thrive Club Store and your use of our downloadable PDF products.
Agreement
By using the store or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you purchase for an organisation or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, inclusions, and availability may change. We aim to present accurate information. A purchase is accepted when we issue an order confirmation.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees. Access may be withheld or suspended for failed or reversed payments.
Digital delivery
PDF products are delivered electronically to the email address or account provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate details and maintaining access to your email.
Personal and team licences
A Personal licence is for one purchaser only. A Team, 7 seats licence permits use by up to seven people within the purchasing family or team. Content may not be resold, publicly shared, sublicensed, or distributed beyond the purchased licence.
Product use
Results depend on how each purchaser uses the PDF materials and individual circumstances. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund rights are handled according to the offer presented at checkout and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, copy or exploit content outside your licence, attempt unauthorised access, or use products for unlawful purposes.
Educational information
Our PDF routines and workbooks provide educational and general wellbeing information. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
Thrive Club Store and its licensors retain ownership of the store, branding, and product content. Your purchase grants only the limited licence described above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access where they are breached. Material changes apply prospectively and will be identified by the effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. Any mandatory rights available in your location continue to apply.
